Winter is full of educational opportunities for growers in our region. We warmly invite you to attend your local WSU-hosted educational events. These are great opportunities to interact with WSU Extension and researchers to hear the latest updates from our ongoing research programs and collaborations, and also for you to let us know what questions you have and the work you want to see us focus on.

The upcoming events hosted by WSU Dryland Cropping System Team members are detailed below. All of these events are free to attend and we appreciate pre-registration to have accurate counts for lunch orders. Any questions about these events should be directed to the contact for each event.   

Upcoming Educational Events

WSU Traveling Wheat Academy

Tuesday, February 10, 8:20 a.m.-1 p.m.
Fairfield Community Center

This event will have a selection of presentations from the 2025 WSU Wheat Academy (Canola in Rotation, Phosphorus in Dryland Soils, Wheat Growth Staging, & Micronutrients). Lunch included (free).
