Spring Canola Nitrogen Rate Calculator
The Spring Nitrogen Rate Calculator is designed to estimate the amount of N required to grow a desired yield goal. It is important to realize that N is only one of many factors which can affect canola yield. The equations used to create this calculator were derived from experiments conducted in Washington State and published in the Pacific Northwest (Pan et al. 2016).
Seeding Rate Calculator
This seeding rate tool calculates seeding rates in lbs/acre, seeds/ft2, or seeds/acre given the seeds/lb and germination rate that is available for all seed lots. These conversions enable precise, population-based planting of different varieties that may have different seed weights.
