WSU Weed Science Field Tour

Join the Washington State University Department of Crop and Soil Sciences for the 2025 Weed Science Field Tour from 1 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, June 11 in Pullman.

Registration is free and begins at 1:00 pm at the Palouse Conservation Field Station on the Pullman-Albion Road (approx. 1 mile west of Highway 27). The tour begins at 1:20 p.m. We will finish the tour at the Plant Pathology Building (opens in new tab) adjacent to the RJ Cook Agronomy Farm with a social hour following the tour.

The tour will include discussions led by WSU researchers on weed management practices and light refreshments throughout the afternoon.

Washington and Idaho pesticide recertification credits have been requested.

Starting location: Palouse Conservation Field Station
Directions: Exit State Highway 27 just north of Pullman by turning west onto Pullman-Albion Road. The PCFS is approximately 1 mile west of Highway 27.

Ending location: RJ Cook Agronomy Farm (opens in new tab), 4001 Whelan Road, Pullman, WA
Directions: Exit State Highway 27 just north of Pullman near the McGregor Co. plant and rock crushing area and go 4.7 miles east on Whelan Road.
