Topic: Lentz Spelt Farm Closure

Posted by Blythe Howell | November 4, 2019

Freshness: October 2, 2019

I have made the difficult but necessary decision to close the doors of Lentz Spelt Farms in Ephrata, WA.

I need to sell off about 260,000 pounds of organically grown, field run einkorn. This was originally started by Gil Stahlknecht.

The price is negotiable. I need it gone by Oct 31!

I also have about 80,000 pounds of organically grown, field run Black Nile Barley.

The price is negotiable. I need it gone by Oct 31 as well.

If interested, contact Teri Hermans as soon as possible noniesnook@hotmail.com, or (509) 398-4328.

      Hello Tom.

Please contact the buyer directly to see if there is still grain/seed in stock. The contact information is listed at the bottom on the post above your comment.
